| ARIA is inspired by the Diva in the tradition of such legends as Marian Anderson and Leontyne Price. triumphant and performing at the very top of her field in the opulent and expectant opera house, the Diva is at the center of an elaborate production surrounded by a continuum of activity, color and sound. In Aria we see the concentrated effort of the Company; The artists, artisans, musicians and other experts that make the opera complete. Together, they compress lifetimes of discipline into a short period on-stage that combines and expands to become more than the sum of its parts, fueling the imagination of an exuberant audience. | |
